What are we learning?
Language Arts: In reading, learners will read various fiction stories, and analyze characters and study how to use a storyteller's voice. In writing, learners will write adapted fairy tales and set goals for their fiction writing. In phonics, learners will learn words with the consonant le as well as word with the hard and soft C and G sound.
Science: In science, learners will use the engineering process to complete different holiday tasks that apply their knowledge of various science skills from the first two nine-weeks of school.
Social Studies: In social studies, learners will continue to travel the world learning different ways that countries celebrate the holidays.
