Background Checks
CISD requires background checks on any classroom visitors, school volunteers, and field trip chaperones. A new background check is required each year. It can sometimes take several weeks to process, so we encourage all parents to complete one at the start of the school year. You can access the form on the CISD website or by clicking here.

Family Photos
If you have not had a chance to send in a family photo to your child's homeroom teacher, please do so as soon as possible. When we come together as a classroom, we become a kind of family. In building our classroom families this year, we want to include your own families as they are an important part of who you are. If you do not have a printed copy of your family picture, you may email us a digital copy. Also, if you do not have one picture of your family, you may make a collage. Please let us know if you have any questions.
