- Family Lunch Fridays - Starting Oct. 14th, parents will be allowed to come to eat lunch with their children on Fridays. You can turn in a written note to get clearance for a non-parent adult to have lunch with your child. Parents/visitors will sit at a designated table. Your child will not be able to ask friends to join them. Any questions can be answered by Laura Fairchild or Sherri Kingsley in the front office.
- Snack - 2nd grade has a short snack time each morning to keep our brains and bodies fueled for learning. It is a long time between breakfast and lunch at noon each day. Please help us by sending ONE (1) small, healthy snack each day. We have many learners bringing a small meal or multiple snacks, which causes many messes to clean up and is unable to be eaten in the time allotted for snack each day. Additionally, we ask that you save juice boxes and flavored waters for lunchtime. We only allow water in the classroom, so the carpet does not stain if any spills happen. Thank you!
Town Center Color Run
October 14th 5:30-7:00 p.m. Town Center Elementary
- All TCE students will be given a free Color Run shirt and be able to be a part of the run at no cost. Parents that want to participate in the run can register at www.tcepto.com for $20.00.
- Each class has a donation goal chart with donation amounts and the rewards the class gets when they reach those amounts.
- Donations can be made online at www.tcepto.com, or students can bring in cash or a check (payable to TCE PTO). Make sure the donations are marked with your student's name and teacher so that it's added to their class total. You can also send our donation link to family and friends that would be interested in donating.
Background Checks
If you have not had a chance to fill out a background check please fill one out for yourself or update last year's! Click here to register as a new volunteer or confirm your information from last year. This must be completed every school year in order for you to volunteer at the school. The district will send you an email when your background check has cleared. Any opportunities for volunteering at the school, including holiday parties, will require a cleared background check. Once completed it lasts for the remainder of the school year. When you create your account, make sure to click on the add new application button. (see picture below)
