What are we learning?

Math Workshop - In Math this week, learners will compose two-dimensional shapes and three-dimensional solids with given properties or attributes. Learners can decompose two-dimensional shapes such as cutting a square from a rectangle, deciding a shape in half, or partitioning a rectangle into identical triangles and identifying the resulting geometric parts. Learners will also explain the process to decompose a two-dimensional shape by dividing it in half.
